It’s likely that you’ve heard it suggested that being angry is harmful and can be attributed to these short and long-term health problems:
- digestion problems
- high blood pressure
- eczema and acne
- heart attack
The above are just a few physical symptoms associated with both repressed and unmanaged anger. Most of us have had some past issues regarding anger. In its weakest sense anger accompanies blame, a sense of injustice when we feel as though we are at the mercy of circumstance or of someone else’s actions. That kind of anger rarely benefits us. It feeds the victim mentality that most of us learned in childhood when we developed our unconscious core beliefs. Those beliefs keep us in a state of being powerless in the world and our own lives. If the following questions and statements resonate with you then you can use anger to your benefit. What if I don’t really have any anger? I’m more disappointed about where I’m at in life right now. It seems like no one is really to blame things just aren’t working out in my favor. If this is similar to any of your scenarios then you can use anger to motivate you to change you current life state. Earlier I spoke about unconscious core beliefs that rule our thoughts and actions and therefore are the fundamentals of the life we build which includes our relationships, our careers, our finances and most importantly how we see ourselves.
I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase, “I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it anymore!” This is what I’m suggesting you do! Get mad, very mad and demand of yourself and the Universe that things change now! Start planning what you want to change and how you want things to look when it changes. You and you alone have the ability to create that change! It cannot be done unless you start to become aware of that power. Make a plan. Do you have a frightened insecure voice that starts to make noise when you think about stepping out of your comfort zone? If so, shut it down immediately. Don’t let it take space in your head when you’re doing something that will improve your position. Know that faith and belief is what will get you to where you want to go. I’m sharing with you what has worked for me. Anger can get you through that which may otherwise appear scary. Use it to propel yourself into faith.

Great things happen when you take charge of your life! Sometimes we just need a little anger to start that fire of desire within us.
